Description of the course

Overall course aims:
The general objective is to provide attendees with data-driven optimization and analytical tools to solve and analyse energy-related problems with massive integration of renewables.

Skills and output of the course:
- To obtain practical experience with data-driven optimization techniques applied to energy systems,
- To learn about relevant examples of data-driven techniques used in cutting-edge research.

Intended audience

PhD students, postdocs, industry professionals, researchers, and final-year MSc students involved in the fields of power and energy systems

Evaluation forms will be filled out at the end of the summer school.

Registration Fees

Fees cover breakfast, lunch and social events (welcome reception, dinner on June 17, social event on June 19). Accommodation and transportation are not included in tuition fees. Fees are to be paid by credit card or bank transfer upon successful application.
